There are two reasons every company needs a social media presence:

  • Build the brand.

  • Generate demand.

Social media is where loyalty forms, stories spread, and buying decisions begin. As consumers have become more digital, their expectations have risen—and brands have to rise with them. For every client I manage, I focus on both sides of the equation: building a brand people care about and driving the demand that moves business forward.
